We currently employ Registered Electricians and Process Control Specialists, an Electrical Inspector, Apprentices, Registered Security and Electronics Technicians, IQP Inspectors & Administration Staff. Text Box: ► Our Electrical and Security Technicians are available on request, 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. Your call will be taken by an operator, and passed on to an actual field technician (not a ‘help desk’ like some other organisations) with telephone tech-support available, depending on the equipment and fault condition. Our response is prompt and professional at all times, with Priority Service contracts available to all clients on request. We also have a dedicated Security Department manned by Registered Security Technicians. ► Although our offices are based in Napier, we carry out service around the country, and welcome all enquiries. We also work closely with a number of other providers, to promote High Voltage work, Pump Station Control Installations and Stadium Lighting & Sound Systems. We’ll be there Text Box: ► As a SiteSafe accredited installer, we employ a strict Health & Safety Policy, with procedures in place for all types of work. All our staff are current SiteSafe Passport holders, including Advanced Certification for all Project Managers. Site Safety Workbooks are utilised for larger installation projects, and are available on request to any client employing the SiteSafe system onsite.
