Falcon provides data networking infrastructure in both UTP (copper) and Fibre Optic backbone. These form the basis for not only ‘standard‘ data deployment, but also for many of our IP Surveillance, Security & Access, and Industrial Automation Solutions.
At the heart of all modern process control and industrial automation projects is an infrastructure capable of supporting high-speed and critical communications. Falcon’s technical staff can design, implement and support a variety of plant-wide data networking solutions, from the Fibre Optic backbones and UTP desktop/device connections, to full remote access (SCADA) interfaces.
We also carry out work in many commercial office and retail spaces, including leading fuel provider sites. All project work is carefully monitored for quality and accuracy, with the team continually gaining experience through working with other National providers and their sub-contractors.
We have a policy of continuous improvement in the data field and have a number of our Technicians being Certified Data Installers, through a varied training program from Krone, Molex and Hubbell.
Installation practices comply with the relevant Standards – NZS:3080 and 3084 for Data Wiring in Buildings, with many of our staff taking knowledge of sites and installation methods from their electrical trade expertise to ensure best practice across the board.
