Waihaha Water Treatment Plant – Detailed Design

Falcon was engaged to deliver the detailed electrical design for the Waihaha WTP upgrade under Taupo District Council’s Drinking Water Standards (DWSNZ) compliance program. This upgrade incorporated flow-paced chlorine dosing, pH correction using sodium hydroxide, duty/standby UV disinfection, and telemetry-integrated SCADA control. Falcon’s electrical design ensured full integration of chemical, UV, and control systems, providing reliable and future-proofed water supply infrastructure for the Waihaha region.
