Wairoa Hospital Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade

Falcon was engaged to deliver a major electrical infrastructure upgrade at Wairoa Hospital and Health Centre. The project involved the replacement and relocation of the ageing main switchboard, installation of a new 1000kVA transformer, new HV and LV cabling, and upgraded distribution boards to support the transition to electric boilers. Delivered within a live healthcare environment, the works were carefully staged to minimise disruption while improving site capacity, safety, and resilience.
