Ravensdown - Scrubber Upgrade

Falcon managed the complete electrical installation for the Ravensdown Napier Scrubber upgrade, delivering all power distribution, MCCs, control cabling, and instrumentation to support operations across rock blending, manufacturing, off-gas scrubbing, and product storage areas. The works included integration with new fluoride and hygiene scrubber systems, ventilation upgrades, and associated controls to meet stringent International Best Practice emission standards. Operating in challenging industrial conditions, Falcon ensured compliance with hazardous area requirements, robust cable management, and precise commissioning, enabling reliable and efficient plant performance while supporting Ravensdown’s production and sustainability objectives.
