Silver Fern Farms Boning & Marshalling Upgrades

Falcon was engaged to provide electrical design and installation for a new carcase marshalling chiller and boning room expansion at Silver Fern Farms’ Whakatu site. The 15-month project included instrumentation, MCC installation, PLC programming, and complete control system integration across multiple processing systems.
