Falcon was engaged to deliver the full electrical reticulation installation for the new Ryman Healthcare retirement village in Havelock North, located on the former James Wattie site. This large-scale project included electrical infrastructure across independent living units, care facilities, and communal amenities. Falcon’s scope encompassed power distribution, underground services, switchboards, and site-wide lighting systems. Delivered in close coordination with other trades, the installation supports a modern, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
