Richard Phillips – Managing Director

Since the transfer of ownership of Falcon in 2005, Richard has aimed to provide strong and empathetic leadership to the Falcon and FEL Switchboards teams. As an electrical and mechanical engineer Richard has comprehensive experience in the electrical industry in Europe and Africa providing a wealth of industry experience to his clients and staff.

Brad Jarvis – Projects Engineering Manager

As Falcon’s Projects Engineering Manager, Brad has spearheaded many difficult projects over the years and leads a growing team of highly skilled Project Engineers, Programmers and Automation Integrators, specialising in process control, plant automation and electrical design work.

Mat Keats – Projects Coordinator

Mat has over 30yrs experience in the electrical industry covering the industrial, commercial & Retirement health Care sectors.
