Current roles

Industrial Electrician

About the role:

  • Signing off certificates of compliance as required for the site.
  • Installing and wiring of all electrical devices in new and existing industrial buildings.
  • Assisting with any repairs or maintenance as required.
  • Following instructions and Health and Safety information given by senior site members at all times.

Skills and Experience:

  • A current New Zealand Electrical Registration and Practising License
  • Capable of running your own jobs according to budgets and managing teams
  • Must have industrial site experience, preferably with breakdowns and installations (AC and DC motors, VSD’s and PLC)
  • Must be currently living in NZ with a valid work VISA
  • Valid Site Safe would be beneficial but not essential
  • Have a good work ethic and be able to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously.
  • A strong understanding of workplace Health and Safety and be able to direct others.
